Hello, 

need some advice with replacing a disk on an r420 server. I haven’t played around much with raid troubleshooting. see the attached images. So short story a disk failed and the server kernel panicked on trying to boot up again we can see the attached screenshot messages. 

 

4 and 5 are sat on ready when it should just be 5 that’s failed. Thank You for your advise in advance.
