I already asked the Intel about the problem - when I open up the ethernet properties from device manager (windows 2016 server) the properties show up after about 10 seconds - not immediately as usually it should.

The current drivers version is 4.1.239.0 (Intel provider).

What can we do to solve this out?

The server R640's os windows server 2016 already patched.
