Can't create user archive directory (mailbox disabled)
Although the mailbox isnt disabled emailXtractor is unable to add the proper folder structure. The only thing I can find in the log files is the following
Skipping (Disabled Account Mailbox) name, removed
Does anyone know where to look for this simple/yet frustrating problem. I have inheritred emailXtender and the components that go along with it. I am still engaged in a deep learning curve.

- Hi Pat,
So far I didn't come accross a situation where EX cannot do something and shows that mailbox is disabled to do any job.
If you are talking about UDA i think you are running into somehting that is already discussed in the admin guide chapter 11.
If still you have issue, as mentioned by someone else earlier please contact EMC support.

sorry for the repetitive question - are you sure that the mailbox isn't disabled? You can log yourself in to mailbox in question and can send out and receive emails from it without problems? It's not the SystemAttendant for which the error comes out?
If that is the fact, I'd suggest opening call with support, as this looks like it might be a bug of sorts...
