Dimension E510 Hardrive Space Error
When I click on My Computer, and go to the properties of my C drive, I get the Local Disk C Properties. When I view how much my capacity is for my HDD, it says 71.0 GB. But I really have a 80 GB HDD. How can I correct this?

How does that fix my problem?- HiYou can,t fix it it is something about windows and the size of the hard drive.My hard drive is a 160 gig bit and windows only see 149 gig bit of it.My ext USB drive is 300 gigs windows only see 279 of it,i will read the link again to make sure i sent you to the right one.EDITRead the 2 blue links in the massage IT will tell you.THANKS TO BEV
You have a 320gb hard drive, then windows will only show 298gb due the difference between the Binary and Decimal Capacities.
