I recently installed a Liteon Dvd Rom player, model ltd163D on my Dimension 4300, running window Xp sp2.  When I insert a DVD or CD the green light on the Dvd player just keeps flashing!  Ive Checked in the Device manager and it shows the Drive is installed (E drive) and working properly! Any suggestions why the player wont work.
