Cannot transfer data onto either a CD or DVD.  Can play a CD and can download software but again cannot transfer data.  Have tried different brand of disks and that doesn't work.  Keep getting messages to put in a disk when I already have one in place.   Drive is D:HL-DT-ST DVD/ROM GDR 8162B  Vendor HL-DT-ST   Is there anything I can do to get this to work?
