HDD Help
I have an Inspiron 530s. i ordered an WD - Caviar - Se WD 800JB - HDD- 80GB - interface - 3.5 - ATA - 100 - 7200rpm. But i dont know if i have ordered the right one. Im almost sure the connections i have on my motherboard are for SATA. But the connections on the back of this HDD, look to me to be serial. Can anybody please tell me if this HDD is a SATA. I also bought a SATA data cable and the connectors are not the same on the HDD.Thanks

Thanks sukebe65, I made a right boop at that, missed the 'S'. Had to contact dell to send it back, then reorder a sata drive. Wont now get it untill next week due to the easter holidays
