i'm using dell inspiron 700m and i was wondering if Cyberlink Powerdvd, SonicRecord Me and Dell Media Experience are already installed in the computer.

Recently I tried to play a DVD and VCD but unable to play it.It say something like no DVD DECODER. In the START program there is neither CYBERLINK,sonic recordMe nor dell media experience.

Is because it is not installed in the program?

But they did give me the three CDs but  it stated"Already installed in your computer'.So i'm not really sure about it.:smileyindifferent:
