The pen of my Dell Canvas 27 keeps dragging/drawing everytime I lift it off the screen. How do I solve this?

Thank you for your prompt answer. I've tried them all but there has been no improvement. I use Windows10, my devise is up to date, all programs (photoshop, etc) are also up to date, intel core i7, 16G Ram, 64bit.
