R740 server ,idrac versions 5.10.10 & 5.10.30 , QLogic 41164 NICs. 

 

When I load the console and go to system > Network Devices i either get all devices in a questionable status or a message saying NIC objects are not available. I can keep refreshing and eventually it will show the devices as up. I opened a ticket with Dell , we updated the BIOS and the idrac versions but the issue still occurs. Now Dell is trying to close my case saying this is expected behavior. The O/S , ESXi 6.7 U3 does not show any disconnects and there are no disconnections showing in the lifecycle log. Has anyone else seen this behavior ?
