May I ask how to fix an issue where I install OMSA on Windows Server 2022 on Dell T350 server,

the problem was I can't run the Server Administrator, this is the installer I downloaded form Dell "OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WINX64-11.0.0.0-5268_A00"
