The latest Chrome update offers better privacy settings controls:

• Click the three-dot menu button and click Settings.
• In left panel, click Security and Privacy.
• From options, select Site Settings
• Under Recent Activity, click View permissions and data stored across sites

From there work through the options and click Clear data for whichever website(s) you choose...
