Hi,

I'm not sure what my computer has thus I don't know what else to try.  I've tried Ad-aware and Spybot(?), I've also removed unwanted programs that somehow got into my computer, but I'm still getting a million pop ups when I go online, preventing me from navigating, and eventually freezing my computer. 

I even get pop-ups when I'm not online! even if there's no cable connection!  So I can't even use my computer off-line as pop-ups appear all the time and when I try to close them my computer freezes!!!

When I try shutting down I get a message saying that a program is being installed(?)! and if I shut down it won't be installed?! So I shut down anyway, but It keeps appearing every time I try to use my computer!  

PLEASE HELP :(
