My computer is getting an internet explorer pop up window that appears on top of the window I am viewing. The window redirects to some unknown place and it's always a different adress.  Internet explorer stalls and is slow to load new websites.  The computer eventualy freezes, and the icons and windows bar at the bottom disappear, and don't come back. Pressing ctrl + alt + delete doesn't do anything. Please help!
