I have a problem where a little winfixer window pops up every time i get on the internet, asking if i want to install winfixer, and then it opens a new internet page with a win fixer scan thing (even if i don't click "ok")

 

I did the HiJack this thing and got a log. Please respond to tell me what to delete. thanks.
