Hello All,

I hope I can get some help regarding this simple issue. we have this VNXe 3100 box thats been off from last 2 years. Just started working at this new company and I was told to bring it life for storage of non-critical data.

I had no access to the "Service password" so I tried resetting it using the following article (Procedure to reset service password and admin password on VNXe). I was able to get in using the default admin password but getting an error message with service password (please see the attached screenshot).

Default passwords Im using:

admin: Password123#

service: service

Error message: This operation is not supported. This function may not yet be implemented (Error Code:0x1)

Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance
