Dell Vostro 7500 Bluetooth not pairing with audio devices

Every time I attempt to connect an audio device via Bluetooth, I get this response after 5-10 minutes of waiting "We didn't get a response from that device. Try connecting again." I have tried everything on the internet, and even tried on Manjaro Linux to no avail. Has anyone experience this issue? Has anyone found a fix?

    1. Delete the pairing information, re-pair the Bluetooth device, and check whether it is resolved.
    2. Network status, enter windows powershell in the Cortana search box, right-click windows powershell to run as an administrator, copy and paste the following commands to run: (run in sequence)

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
    3. Under the Windows system desktop: press Win+R, enter services.msc in the run box, and press Enter;
    4. Find the Bluetooth option in the service list, double-click the service, select "Automatic" in the startup type, then click Apply, and confirm after starting the service;

    Have done all of those before, it did not help at all. Should also mention that the AirPod Pro's connect with my Desktop and Phone.
