Vostro 5480 Plugged in, not charging
I dont know why my laptop cannot be charging. I tried to uninstall AC adaptor ACPI and remove the battery, put it back, but it’s still not working.
i tried to update BIOS system but my laptop has no battery. It’s 0% and the system require to have 10%
anybody help?

Did you try the reset procedure? Unplug the adapter and disconnect the battery. Then press and hold the power button down for 30 seconds. Reconnect everything and try again.
