Metro Node Local Connection

In oder to connect Two clusters of Metro Node in same Data Center. Do I also have to Configure WAN ports? Or is it only between the two different Data Centers.

Thanks in advance

Hi, the unity admin guide should show you how to create LUNs. You take those luns and present them to the metro node storage view. In metro node you will see the volume as a storage volume at which point you can claim it and create a distributed device with another volume on the other metro node. A virtual volume will be created at this point which you can then present to a storage view in both metro node clusters. Your Dell account team can get you a resource if you need hands on help.

    Hello Faizan.Riaz,

Here is a link to the administrator guide and if you look on page 56 it states Metro over IP WAN port configuration rules.  https://dell.to/3FlT8Gq

    Thanks for your response.

i have a one more question. is there any Guides or white papers, which can help me in configuring the LUNs from Unity to Metro Node and Metro Node to Host (active-active sync). i am littel bit confused in the complete process.
