Hello. Can someone please tell me how to get rid of this message once and for all?

 

iexplore.exe - Application Error

 

The instruction at "0X6600accc" referenced memory at  "0X6600accc". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

 

So, when I click on OK, it shuts down , but I keep getting the message over and over. Can someone please help? Thanks.
