Hello,

I have an Optiplex 380 running Windows 7 32bit professional.  Recently, this computer has been having critical errors involving the Kernel so I was told by Dell to update the BIOS.  I tried to install A05 and it would not install.  Any ideas on how to get it installed.  Currently, it's running the A01 BIOS.
