I've got an E510 on the way with MCE.  It will placed in an extra room for occasional use for browsing, email, word processing, and some cd burning.  Is there a way to set the desktop so that it looks like Home or Pro, rather than MCE?  Normally, the user will want to launch non-MCE programs.

 

I would have gotten XP Pro, but it was $149 more.
