i downloaded aol 9.1 in the uk on my dimension 9200 and since then about 2 weeks i have been unable to sign on to aol...

If  i try to sign on i get...aol software has stopped working please close the programme.

If i try to download aolVR again i get SNMaster.idx is missing please re install.

 

i have tried aol and other registry people and i have installed uninstalled copied pasted and god knows what and nothing works.

Any aol software like computer check up will not work and will not download.

several registry cleaners have been used and all say no problems with your computer

Please help but dont tell me to uninstall aol and re install or copy and paste something because it will not work

I am so fed up its untrue and no-one seems to give me any answer that works or explain to me whats wrong   HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP     Bob
