Hi all, I recently upgraded my Dell Inspiron 5542(with windows 8.1) to Windows 10. I have encountered two issues :

1. windows doesnot activate. it says "The product key used on this PC did't work with this version of Windows"... as i know,my PC didnt come with any product key pasted below it. so i am helpless.

2.The capslock keep turning on and off by itself. I had great difficulty even typing this short query.

Kindly help.
