Windows XP Pro, Dimension 4550 CDRW Drive.  Open windows explorer.  Have the folder pane open.  Navigate folders by double clicking in the right pane.  Left pane displays 2 sets of the same folders.  Press F5 and it cleans it up.  This does not happen with the hard drive, only the CD.

I have tried replacing the CD Drive with the same results.

Any ideas?
