I have a Deminsion 4600 that will not boot up.  When the Phoenix Rom Bios Plus verison 1.10a09 comes up it gives me two options either press F1 to continue or F2 to run the setup utility.  F1 gives meWe appologize for inconvenience but windows did not start sucessfully due to recent hardware/software change in the computer......etc.  What else can I do to get the computer to start or is it the hard drive?
