You may need to restart the PC for the registry compaction to be detected.

Not sure why McAfee is not being detected.

Windows Firewall is already off and so is Windows Defender. I even tryed shutting down Norton and reboot, still nothing.

You have 3 A/V programs,and 3 firewall programs?...

Have installed PC TuneUp and run it for the first time.  It reports "No virus Protection Found" and "No Firewall Protection found" however I have Macafee Virus and firewall, both active!

Also after running (including compacting the registry), checking the next day it reports the registry has never been compacted!

I have the same problem for over a month, still does not see Norton antivirus and smart firewall. Still says registry has never been compacted.

I had the same problem with mcafee A/V and firewall,open security center click the firewall tab>click "show me the firewall programs on this computer"Click to turn off the windows firewall>then reboot>go back into security center and click the malware tab,do the same thing under malware for the A/V program(tun windows defender off) re-boot.Mcafee should be registered now.

That is exactly what I did, only I have Norton not McAfee. It did not work.

I have mcafee total protection and have defender,and windows firewall turned off.One other way,with windows firewall and defender off,turn mcafee off completely also(A/V and firewall)re-boot,then turn mcafee back on,see if this works.

Dude I only have Norton antivirus and Firewall on. Everyone has Windows Firewall and Windows Defender (these are turned off). I thought you have McAfee and McAfee firewall and have Windows Firewall and Windows Defender also or why would you say to turn them off?
