Hello,

Can anyone help me with this issue? If you break the desktop into layers, you would have your background color covered by your desktop image covered by your icons and taskbar, my background color seems to be ontop of my background image and I cannot seem to get my desktop image back on top of the background color, if this makes sense can anyone tell me how to fix it or why it is doing it?
