Whenever I try to use BackUpMyPc to create a backup to a DVD, I get a message that the device is in use.  I found an article in the Microsoft Knowlege Base about a similar problem which said this happens because DirectCD has locked the drive and it needs to be unlocked.  However, I cannot find a command/option etc. to unlock the drive.
