I have a new Inspiron 570 desktop computer.  It had some software loaded.   I bought Microsoft Outlook 2010 and received it today.  I tried to load it and I get the following message:   error 1719:  Windows installer could not be accessed.  This can occur if the windows installer is not correctly installed. 

I don't know why I'm getting the message and don't know what to do to allow the software to install.    I am new to this forum and thought maybe someone could assist me.
