When I turn on my computer, my computer acts as if it's frozen (even the clock stays at the same time). I opened the Task Manager, and the only process that shows any CPU Usage is System Idle Process. When my mouse is on the taskbar, the icon shows up as an hourglass, and when I move the mouse up, it shows an arrow. I then have to restart the computer about 3 times to get it to not start up frozen. Also, in the icon place next to the clock, only two icons appear when the computer starts up frozen. Usually, 10 icons appear. This happens everyday until I disabled Norton GoBack. I think that GoBack is causing the problem. What should I do if I often use GoBack?
