Hello

first time posting.. i am having a multitude of errors with my laptop and they began about two weeks ago (which happened to be a few days before i flew out of canada). because they are so vast, i am not sure where to post or what information is required so i will list a few things that i can remember and give some details of my laptop.

-dell vostro 1500 (1 year old), intel T7500 @ 2.2 Ghz, 3 GB RAM, big HD partitioned in two

-windows xp, home edition, 2002, SP3

-had two AV and got rid of one of them (kept AVG 8)

some of the errors:

-recently, i get "generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem.." and restarts at least once or twice a day

-get blue screen of death, with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL...

-can't run check disk from windows or DOS (or defrag for that matter)

-everytime i boot, i get "error loading c:\windows\Qzoyac.dll

-booting freezes when i go to enter my password to log into windows

-when i enter boot menu and go through diagnostics, it fails some read and verify tests

-got some pop ups in IE even though i only use mozilla, but those don't come up any more

So there is a synopsis. I have seen other people post their hijackthis results in forums but i am not sure how do to that or where i would do that. Any help would be immensely appreciated since i am away at school for the next 6 months!!
