I am frustrated and I need help. For some reason, the explorer.exe program is running all the time. When I try to log off or shut the system down, a window comes up that says "system not responding". I tab on the task manager and explorer.exe is running. I try to shut down and it won't let me without ending the explorer.exe program. Sometimes my mouse and keyboard freezes, and I have to restart the computer. I generally do not have problems while using the computer in normal operations, however, when it is giving me problems. From what I understand the explorer.exe runs my internet explorer browser, so I can't delete. What can I do? Thanks!
