My inspiron 8200 is locking up about 10 seconds after the Window3s XP window starts up.  The three little lights are rolling accross the screen and then - bam- they lock up.  The computer will not react to anything at that point except the power button which will only turn it off.  When I try to turn it on again, same thing.  HELP
