I have a Dell Precision 360. The Dell drivers CD and the support website list the latest driver version as 5.00.1012. On the Intel website for this same chipset, the latest version is 6.0.1.1002.

Is there any reason why Dell is using a version that is a year old? Is there any concern upgrading to the Intel's latest version?
