Keyboard Repeat Rate Maximum Not Fast Enough
I've got the keyboard repeat rate for my Dell Inspiron 530 with Vista Home Premium set all the way to Fast, but I'd still like it to be faster. Is there any way to do this? The maximum repeat rate for my old Dell Dimension 8200 with Windows XP was faster.

Yes.
Here is a pdf on tuning the keyboard in Vista, there are some repeat settings buried in Vista Ease of access.
Those settings seem to only make things slower.

Use regedit.
