I am an Asian user and for some reason, I can look at chinese stuff online and everything but chinese programs seem to be just garble when i install them. i had this problem before but i fixed it when i installed the asian languages. this time however, when i try to instal them, it says i have to enter my xp cd which i do and it says i have to manually locate the language files from the cd...this i have no idea where it is. please help thank you
