I need help fixing my mouse scrolling problems please.  It is a Microsoft optical mouse blue, and it isnt wireless or anything.  I looked around and saw others have this problem too but I couldnt figure out how to fix it so im here asking you guys.  I cant use my wheel to scroll up and down and I have tried the Wheel Troubleshooter from control panel and help and support but none of it works.  SO i need to fix this problem, I cant scroll using the wheel and can only do it by using the bars in the windows, at the side.


Also this just happened randomly,it isnt a new mouse or anything, it was always working fine until yesterday which is weird.
