Need to re-install windows xp pro!

I have both disks and have done it 4-5 times in the past but was wondering if anyone would be available for any questions I may have?

or you can just enter you Service tag number and that would be enough!

I don't but I spoke with Dell tech guy and he said I could download it from website but I'm still having trouble with it.

Hi guys,

I'm new to this but i just reinstalled my operating system after a crash and now I am trying to find the correct driver to download from dell site. Can you guys help or point me in the right direction?
