"No device drivers found" when installing win 10 on Dell G3

Hi All,

I have just bought Dell G3 3500 Laptop with Ubuntu, but i need to install win 10, so i have download win 10 iso and create the bootable USB. booted my laptop with boot order to use USB and it was ok, once i start the windows installation process, it did not detect my SSD , with error "no device driver found", i have tried to go on cmd and re-partition the disk and set it to active as i found on youtube but it did not work. any ideas?

Option 1 : Reboot to BIOS and change sata mode to AHCI

Option 2 : Download required drivers from support site and extract them to USB drive (same USB which has window on it) in a new folder. On the No driver found screen you can choose Load drivers.

Assuming you saw the media driver required error try this YouTube video for the information you are probably looking for. And this video is newer and has more up to date links for the Intel RST driver.

    Hello,

I have tried all the solutions and still isn't working.

The solutions from the videos in this chat don't show any drivers. When I press 'Hide drivers that aren't compatible with this computer's hardware' it shows a list but none of them work.

I have extracted the intel RST driver 'Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Driver-and-Application' from <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> and it shows to drivers but none of them work 'No new devices drivers were found ...'

    What should I do?
