"No Page Found" error driving me crazy!

This is my first entry so I hope I'm in the right place for this question.  I have a Dimension8300-Windows XP.  I have attempted to resolve this problem through my ISP and Dell tech. support (hardware dept.) with no success.  I am unable to access two websites that are my company's sites for our HR related issues. Everyone else at work can download these sites from their home and I cannot.  I have tried changing the security settings, eliminating cookies, internet files, made sure the appropriate boxes were checked off in the internet options windows (with the help of techs).  I even called the source to make sure their security certificates were active (they are)  --This is, by the way JP Morgan Chase Bank. This is a real problem as next month, the employees will be receiving their paychecks via online and no longer by  physical paper.  I also cannot make retirement, or other financial decisions at this time at home and work allows no privacy for this activity.  Even my friend who also has a relatively new Dell with similiar programs as mine can download these sites.  The Dell tech also had me enter the two sites in the "allow these sites" in my secure site window but still I am not allowed to bring up the sites.  I realize this may not be enough to go on but would appreciate any other ideas as to what the problem might be as Dell support seems to have given up on me.  Thank you very much.    Floridagirl
