If this isn't where I post an OE question, please tell me--and suggest a better spot.

I'm trying to install the latest OE service patch, but it won't install--it tells me that OE has to be installed on my computer first. Wellllll, OE is installed and is running quite well. I tried reinstalling the latest IE version, but that didn't help. The patch still won't install.

Any suggstions?
