I am trying to restore my Laptop to the factory defaults (Vista) but zi keep getting an error message. Once I click the box to refomat and restore, and then next, I get "Access to \tools\dp.sc was denied" Thoughts?
If you have upgraded to Windows 7, the restore partition is no longer available. There are several ways to cure this situation. Search the web and you will find them.
