I want to take a picture from my digital camera and combine it with another picture, sorta one picture combined with another picture. Can anyone recommend any free software to do this? Or if not free an inexpensive software program?

Thanks for the tip. $99 is not too much, I was thinking a free download but perhaps I can spend the $99. I'll give it a try for the limited offer. Thanks I do appreciate your time and knowledge.

It depends on what you consider inexpensive. For $99, Paint Shop Pro gives the most "bang for the buck." You can download a limited time trial version through here.
