I have a Dell desktop 3000 running windows XP SP2....it has been fine for this first year but now, all opf a sudden, whenever I have more than 1 explorer window open(and yes, i have been able to use as many as 3/4 open at a time up until now)....it freezes & hangs on me. Then, when I do the ctrl/alt/del...it used to pop up right on the screen...now, all I see is the very bottom of it where it says end task...it is beneath whatever windows are open. I have to then close it up & restart explorer all over again. I have had no problems with this PC up until recently...it seemed to start with runtime errors asking if I wanted to debug and when i would click debug, nothing would happen. Then, those went away & this problem began shortly afterwards. I checked the windows help & it said...to try managing my add ons...which I did...I have ran McAfee virus scan comcast anti spyware/adware scan as well as recently defrag....it seems to be getting worse! PLEASE ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated!
