I have this 100 d smart step that i gave to my son to use and the hard drive crashed.When installing new hardware from the 3 cd set the 3rd was broken.Is there anyone that has an extra one that they don't need?Part # 7n569.Thanks.
HI im having the same problem with my computer. Its the same make as yours but my second disk doesnt work. maybe we can make a copy and exchnage disks.
