do you have to install the drivers in the specific manner you listed? or say for example if i downloaded the drivers in advance and burn them on a cd-r can i run it accordingly or i have to follow the way you listed by doing the chipset, notebook system software, audio driver, input device, network, and then video?

does the sequence of installation matter or I just do it either way?

You don't "run" anything.  You have to install the drivers ONE AT A TIME.  And the sequence doesn't matter AFTER THE FIRST TWO.
