• First, they give us this software that you cannot open because it is always searching for a missing file and you cannot get the dialog off the desktop without downloading other freeware. 
• Then, they don't give us any media backup for reloading and restoring. 
• Finally, it is near impossible to find out how to order (and even pay for ) the backup cds.  I have reloaded windows and reinstalled things enough times that I don't want to have to navigate the Dell-speak tech support bulletin boards if I am in crisis mode.

Any recommendations for DVD burning software?
