Hi,
I am running WMe and when it loads up it shows the back ground picture and nothing else comes up. Does anyone know what my be going on.

Have you installed a new program lately? If so, you may want to try running system restore from DOS. Follow the instructions here:

If that does not help, you may have a virus or other such problem. Post back.
