Trying to reactivate my old Dell Axim.  I have Vista 64-bit - soon to upgrade to 7.  Activesync won't work.  Downloaded Windows Mobile Device Center 6.1, but it won't install.  Get error message:  "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.  This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.  Contact your support personnel for assistance."  Unfortunately, I don't have any support personnel to contact.  Any suggestions?  Should I just wait on my copy of Windows 7?  Thanks.
